This EVI 3P/16 AMISCO Type Hydraulic Solenoid Coil is used in hydraulic check valves. The check valve is used in the hydraulic system to prevent reverse flow of oil flow. It is used in the pneumatic system to prevent reverse flow of compressed air. The fluid can only flow along the inlet, but the outlet medium cannot be recirculated.
Several ways in which the check valve is used in the hydraulic
system:
(1) If the check valve is installed at the pump port, it can
prevent the pressure rise of the system and damage the oil pump.
(2) If the check valve is in parallel with the throttle valve or
the pressure reducing valve, the actuator is fast to the reverse
speed; or the reverse flow is reversed to the deceleration.
(3) If the check valve is connected in series with the pressure
valve, gradually increase the adjustment pressure to prevent
pressure reaction.
(4) For the liquid control check valve, the control oil passage is
used, and when the check valve is opened, the oil cannot be
reversely flowed back.

Two common questions about solenoid valve coil:
Question: When the electromagnetic coil is energized, the noise is too
large. How to solve it?
Answer: The origin of the electromagnetic coil noise problem lies in the
lead head part. The pilot head has the difference of AC and DC. The
AC pilot component needs to add a magnetic separation ring on the
static iron core, which can effectively control the noise problem.
Question: How should the electromagnetic coil be selected?
Answer: You can find the inner hole size, height and width of the
electromagnetic coil to find similar or identical electromagnetic
coils.
Electromagnetic coil installation method:
Insert the solenoid into the spool of the solenoid valve and fix it
in the correct direction.
The power pin or lead is connected to the two poles of the power
supply, and the grounding pin is connected to the grounding wire
(in general, the power input is not divided into positive and
negative poles, and the special case is connected by the positive
and negative signs of the coil).
The reason why the solenoid valve coil is hot:
When the coil of the solenoid valve is in operation (energized),
the core is attracted to form a closed magnetic circuit. That is,
when the inductance is at the maximum state, the design time. The
heat is normal, but the core can not be smoothly connected when the
core is energized, the inductance of the coil is reduced, the
impedance is reduced, and the current is increased accordingly.
This causes the coil current to be too large and the life is
affected, so the oil, impurities, deformation, etc. are hindered.
When the power is turned on, the action is slow, and even if it is
not normally fully absorbed, the coil is often energized with a
state in which the impedance is less than normal, which is a factor
that causes the coil to heat up.
The confirmation method of the solenoid valve coil is good or bad:
To confirm that the electromagnetic coil is good or bad, you can
use the multimeter to measure the resistance of the solenoid valve.
The resistance of the coil should be around 1K ohm! If the
resistance of the coil is infinite, it means that the circuit is
open. If the coil resistance tends to zero, it should be replaced
with a new one.
