2 Way 2 Position Operator Solenoid Stem With Pentagon Seat Used For Venting Machines

1.General information

1.1,BAPC209030031 consist of Armature stem,plunger ,external/inner spring,O-Ring

All the parts use stainless steel/430FR

430FR:430 stainless steel is a kind of universal steel with good corrosion resistance. Better thermal conductivity and thermal fatigue resistance,smaller thermal expansion coefficient. The mechanical properties of weld seam are better when adding stabilized element titanium.

1.2,Armature is fully manufactured by nuerical control technology,there is no welding mark in the connection with the pentagon seat.The surface is totally smooth,the surface color is bright without skin needing.

1.3,This item is also male screw thread as the fixed nipple for the solenoid coil and

1.4,The circular seat have the screw thread to connect

1.5,This item has two grooves and common vents in the plunger.This construction improve the safety and the sealing property.The vent play the exhausting system when the valve isn't powered.

1.6,The joint use of the inner spring and external spring which promote the spring force to hold the movable core when powered.

1.7,The circular seat with O-Ring seal and Seal Nipple in the both sides of the plunger.To increase the sealing ability,without liquid of the fluid leak.Both seal have high resistance to the netural ,alkaline and acid solvents as well as most of the organic solvents such as oil,gas,etc.Also well resistance to the corrosion.
